Noah has the reputation of enjoying his weed. Immaturity in him I guess, maybe some day he'll wise up and stop that nonsense. I still love how he plays with 110% each time he is on the floor. Not the most gifted offensively player but made up for a lot of his deficiencies with all out hustle. He tended to get under the skin of a lot of opposing fans with his chest beating after a good play but I loved his enthusiasm and heart. Some called it showboating but I think it was just his personality.
It was funny. I saw a picture someone posted of him just about a week after the Bulls got beat in the playoffs and he was in St.Bart's. He was on the beach having fun just enjoying the ocean and sand and his topless girlfriend that was gorgeous. In another picture he appeared to be sharing a joint with his girlfriend and another friend. His Dad owns a bar there at St.Bart's so Joakim goes there frequently to hang out. Life should be that hard for all of us.

rphelps,
I have thought about it and really can't think of any particular UK player that I hated. There have been a few that I disliked quite a bit but none that really got under my skin like Noah seemed to do to opposing fans. Noah was one of those guys that fans loved to hate but would have loved to have had him on their team. I miss his enthusiasm and often wished that we had a player like him on the team this past couple of years at UF.

I am sure I could count one hand the times I have heard anyone say anything bad about Brewer or Horford. Do you have a UK player that you could not stand? I could see a guy like Antoine Walker or Magloire being hated by rival fans.

Magloire was a lot different type player than Noah. Magloire was more of an intimidating type that used physical play to his advantage. Noah was a good shot blocker and someone that was constantly moving and picked up a lot of his points on just outworking his opponent. Noah was way too skinny to intimidate anyone but I loved to watch him play. Anyone that is a basketball fan likes to see a player that gives that much effort all the time and he still plays that way today. You know that as a freshman, he didn't hardly get off the bench at all and played a very few minutes. That inspired him to work even harder to get ready for his sophomore year and ended up being the MVP of the Final Four. You got to like a story like that if you are a sports fan, hard work that paid off is something every kid dreams of.
