I think he is a good "get" for us. He'll be considered a grey haired old man for this team. Jacob any news on your wife and boys?

Way to have kids best interests...D-BAG
Permalink Reply by Jim Proffitt on May 14, 2012 at 10:18am Yeah, word had gone around last week that this guy was a buddy of Painter's and knowing that had a lot of folks worried that Mays would pull the trigger for Purdue on Saturday's visit. I know I was worried. I guess Mays wants a shot at some national media exposure and a potential championship season - two things he wasn't going to get in West Lafayette.
I tell ya, its one thing for a HS coach to be in the tank for a particular school - heck, it happens all the time - but to openly question a kid's commitment AFTER he makes it is just classless. That the guy openly tweeted that he thought Wright State and Purdue were both really "classy" makes his tweets so ironic, given how UNclasssy they were.
Julius, you made a good decision and you can remind your HS coach of that when we all get down to Atlanta.
