Sounds like UK has a great chance to get him. Jeff Drummond was on Larry Glover's show and Drummond told Larry that Miller told him UK are "my boys" and he really loves Kentucky. Drummond said Miller is great friends John Wall as a fellow North Carolina kid and wants to hang out with Wall in Lexington this summer.

Rivals ranks Miller as the 3rd best player in the 2011class and is only ranked behind Mike Gilchrist and Marquis Teague. Miller is a 6'8" forward.

UK has a chance to land Gilchrist, Teague (who seems to be a UofL lean, however) and Miller. Has one college ever signed the top three players in one class?

I actually caught that part of LG's show. It was also interesting that Miller initiated the contact with Drummond when he saw his Catspause shirt. A lot of these kids want to be associated with UK right now. Can you imagine the uproar if UK and U of L missed out on signing kids like Wall, Leslie and Miller in three consecutive in state classes? It looks like that is a possibility in North Carolina.

I like the interview with Calipari saying he could offer 20 kids while he was at Memphis but would only end up with 3 each year no matter what, but if he did that at UK he would end up with 20 commitments. I don't know that we have ever had this much buzz for the program. Good point Rphelps! Tar Heel fans have to be getting worried.

I don't know of a college ever signing the top 3 in a class, but I bet if they kept rankings like they do now that John Wooden would have probably been awful close. I know at one point this year by rivals rankings Wall, Cousins, and Henry were 123. Which we all know how the Henry deal went. Still pretty cool to look on rivals and see the number 1 and 2 players with the name KENTUCKY beside their name!

I would love to see us land Miller, very versatile player at 6'8". Gilchrist is just crazy talented also!

I will tell you a guy that I would love to see us land for 2010 that is not a big top ten recruit. He is a 5 star by most recruiting services and that is Cameron Clark. I really like what I have seen out of this kid! He is a major target by Cal to. He was on Cal's wish list at Memphis also. I think sometimes we all put a little to much into rankings. A lot of these writers have not even seen a lot of this kids play that much. I like what Cal said if his main target is number 20 than so be it. You got to watch a kid and there plays in the part of being a good judge of talent. Of course most kids that are ranked in the top 10 turn out to be good players. Especially college. But it's that 4 and even that 3 star that goes on to be a lottery pick that shows a Coach's eye for grabbing just pure talent.
