There are moments in life that are so big you remember exactly what you were doing when they happened... JFK assassination, Challenger Explosion, Sept 11th and this week the killing of bin Laden. There are moments in sports as well, and and here the 10 UK Where were you moments: Do you remember them? Where were you?
10. Jan. 8, 1955 - UK v. Ga Tech
Fans are stunned as Georgia Tech defeats UK, 59-58, in Memorial Coliseum, ending a 129-game home winning streak that still stands as a national record.
9. Dec. 7, 1957 - UK v. Temple
What was then referred to as “the longest game in UK history” proves fruitful for the Wildcats as they defeat Temple 85-83 in three overtimes. Vernon Hatton scores UK’s final six points to edge the Owls.

8. At the old house, watching the game with Mary Jo Perino
7. Dorm room at EKU
6. Lodge at Mammoth Cave (terrible picture), 2nd night of field production for a documentary
5. Sadly, In the back of the arena in Nashville, with other media watching on a monitor, ready to run out on the court to film the championship ceremony. Unlike the previous 3 days, they cracked down on whom they allowed courtside for that game.
4. Also, sadly, in bed.
3. Staying up late watching the game with friends
2. Thought we were to far behind, went to church, taped the game, found out we won and went home to watch it.
1. On the way home from a school trip during regulation, a friend's family were driving beside bus and had the game on, they wrote the score down on paper and held it up to the window so we could see. Got home in time for OT, where my dad proceeded to destroy the remote control and nearly the TV in throwing it across the room after the shot.

1. Hotel in Louisville. Went up to watch my HS girlfriend in a cheerleading competition. I feel sorry for the hotel employees that night.
