Hello everyone and welcome to another TKB. Last week was another pretty good one going 5-2, losing the UT and Vandy games. It is another big weekend in the SEC so let's get to it.
Kentucky at LSU- (4:00 SEC Network/WKYT) The Cats picked up another road win on Tuesday at Georgia and look to sweep the week down in Baton Rouge.
I am not going to lie to you, this game scares me, and I think it has upset written all over it.
Trent Johnson's team has the size to match up with Kentucky with big men Johnny O'Bryant and Justin Hamilton leading the charge.
Plus you throw in former Mr. Kentucky Basketball Anthony Hickey and I think this is going to be a close one.
However, I think the Cats will be up to the challenge and win a nail-biter.

Arkansas at Alabama- (1:30 SEC Network)- The Crimson Tide have been struggling, following their loss at Kentucky with one at South Carolina on Wednesday.
The Razorbacks had to rally to beat Auburn at home in their last game after beating Michigan last week.
I think getting back home will put 'Bama back in the win column.
Krystal Ball Says- Alabama 68-58
Mississippi State at Florida- (1:30 SEC Network)- The Gators return home after picking up a road win at Ole Miss on Thursday.
The Bulldogs had to hold on to beat LSU on Wednesday. MSU already won at Vanderbilt, but I don't think they can make it two in a row.
Krystal Ball Says- Florida 72-66
MIddle Tennessee at Vanderbilt- (2:00- NO TV)- The Commodores step out of conference to welcome the Blue Raiders into Memorial Gym.
I don't see Vandy having much trouble with this one, but they have struggled with teams that should beat this year.
Krystal Ball Says- Vanderbilt 78-60
Auburn at Tennessee- (6:00- ESPN2)- The Vols looked horrible losing to Vandy on Tuesday night while the Tigers had a chance to beat Arkansas on the road but couldn't get it done.
The Vols have been a different team since Jarnell Stokes became eligible and I think they get it done against Auburn.
Krystal Ball Says- Tennessee 71- 61
South Carolina at Ole Miss- (7:00 Fox Sports)- The Gamecocks knocked off Alabama to get their first win in the SEC.
The Rebels had a chance to beat Florida but blew it in the last few minutes. Andy Kennedy's team is pretty tough at home and I think they win this one.

Georgia has the weekend off. Thanks for reading and for checking out KSN.

Comment by Eric Moore on January 30, 2012 at 7:49am I'm glad we blew LSU out. Bunch of sore losing punks down there. Im just glad we made it out with no major injuries. Nobody said we were playing with prison rules
Comment by The Krystal Ball on January 29, 2012 at 3:24pm So ended up with a perfect week but yeah I blew it on the point spread of the UK game.
But that is a good way to miss right??
